Lost access to your authenticator app or backup codes? Submit a recovery request below. Requests are reviewed within 48 hours. A cancellation link will be emailed to you immediately so you can withdraw the request at any time.

  • • Provide your account email address
  • • Describe what happened to your authenticator
  • • Paid users: include the last 4 digits of your card
